Dear neighbors of Frasier and Mountain View Methodist Church,
The waterline relocation project on Pawnee Drive continues to move forward and is progressing ahead of schedule. As a result, several elements of the project timeline have shifted. Please see these important updates below:
We apologize for any inconvenience these timeline changes may cause. As with most construction projects, schedules can shift as work progresses. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as this important infrastructure work continues. Please direct questions to Tyler Morgan at [email protected] or Mark Hoiriis at [email protected].
The waterline relocation project on Pawnee Drive continues to move forward and is progressing ahead of schedule. As a result, several elements of the project timeline have shifted. Please see these important updates below:
- Closure of Pawnee Drive and Ponca Place Intersection: The intersection of Pawnee Drive and Ponca Place will now close beginning Thursday, March 12, sooner than previously reported. The closure is expected to last approximately four weeks, although we are hoping this closure wraps up sooner than expected.
- Ponca Place will remain open but will only be accessible from the south end at Sioux Drive.
- The Frasier entrance will remain open.
- Removal of Trees at the Frasier Entrance: The removal of the seven trees near the main entrance, previously mentioned in earlier communications, is now scheduled for Monday, March 16. This work is necessary for the waterline project. Once construction is complete, new trees will be planted.
- Water Shutdown: A tentative water shutdown is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18. We just learned of this possibility and do not yet know the extent of the shutdown or which areas of of the Frasier campus may be affected. We expect to have more details confirmed by Friday, March 13, and will share that information by the end of the day on Friday at the latest.
